César Manrique Cabrera was a Spanish artist, sculptor, architect and a ground-breaking environmentalist. His work combined the natural resources of the dramatic volcanic environment ​​of Lanzarote with his love for the island he was born in. He sought harmony between art and nature as a creative space. I lived within that beautiful space for many years, my daughter is a Lanzarotenan and I am one of Manrique’s greatest followers. My love for his work is reflected in my collection grown throughout my life, all authentic pieces purchased originally on the island and some of which I have for sale here.
